Ekon ImmoGroup GmbH distributes individually designed prefabricated houses made of sustainable building materials, predominantly wood, in Switzerland. After several years of sourcing from various suppliers with mixed results, the company set up its own production of wooden elements at Ekon ImmoGroup d.o.o. in Mostar. The products have found increasing demand, which has made it necessary to renew and expand the existing production infrastructure.

The loan of the SECO Start-up Fund allows Ekon ImmoGroup to construct a modern production hall with a semi-automatic production line in a new location in Mostar.
